requires a good level of fitness, may involve a number of peaks
V.hard:
requires a high level of fitness and a head for heights. May involve scrambling steep ground or narrow ridges.

  • gloves
  • hat
  • enough food and drink for the day

  • a suitable rucksack with waterproof liner.

Members are requested to observe the mountain code at all times.

  1. Hi Dan,

Just a quick note to thank you and the rest of the crew for guiding me around the Ridge walk.Jeepers, now I know what “slightly exposed areas” means……. and I’m not just talking about the walk!.Anyway the most severe exposure I suffered from was from the Kindness, good humour and craic from you and all your club mates. Please pass on my thanks and hopefully I can return the favor some time.

    Regards,

    Peter(the dub)
